`Tues., Feb. 3, 2009 7:00PM-8:15PM`	Topic: "Local Public High Schools". Local high schools Evergreen Valley and Silver Creek present information on their schools. Agenda (template from last year)
`Tues., Apr. 7, 2009, 7:00PM-8:15PM`	Topic: "Internet: Student Use and Safety". A representative from the Regional ICAC Task Force Agency will present and be available to discuss how students can successfully use the Internet safely! Agenda (template from last year)

General Meeting Format/Guidelines:
1) Meetings are generally planned to be limited to 1 hour. If the business portion takes longer than 10-15 minutes, there may be adjournment of that portion of the meeting and a continuation announced. (Bylaws: Article VII, Section 1).
A) Business - 10-15 Min. (materials for consideration published before meeting and members prepared)
B) Speaker - 25 Min.,
C) Speaker Q&A - 10 Min.,
D) Refreshments and social - 10-15 Minutes

2) Meetings may be added, deleted or changed with advance public notice.

Executive Board Meetings 2008/2009
Executive Board meetings focus on business details of the PTSA. Only Exective Board members may vote at these meetings. However, any PTSA member may attend. (Bylaws Article VIII)

Executive Board Meeting Format/Guidelines:
1) By default, these meetings are monthly unless changed by the board. (Bylaws: Article VIII, Section 5)
2) Each Officer to give a extremely brief report (if needed). Addtional time can be scheduled with the President prior to the meeting.
3) It is desired to keep meetings brief. Board Members strive to research/understand issues and exchange any appropriate information with all other board members prior to meeting.
4) All PTSA members are welcome! There is a specific scheduled time on the meeting agenda for which members can address the board such as to bring up new issues or request action. Members are also encouraged to bring issues to any board members before meeting agenda is finalized.
