Join the Chaboya PTSA

Students, teachers, parents or any interested member of the community can join the Chaboya Middle School PTSA.

To become a member, follow these steps:

  • Download a Chaboya PTSA Membership Form.
  • Fill in the form and include payment. Dues for the 2011/2012 academic year are $10.00 per member. Checks are preferred; please make them payable to Chaboya PTSA. If you are enclosing cash, please use an envelope. Otherwise, just attach check to form.
  • Bring the form to Chaboya on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and you will receive your child's entire schedule, not just their first class
  • Alternative, you may return the form and dues to the school office or mail to:

You should receive confirmation of membership from the membership committee. If you have any questions or have not received confirmation in a reasonable amount of time, please contact the membership chair.
